B & B have designed five villas within the development area of Zinglingsberg in the seaside resort of Binz / Rügen that have been built between 2010 – 2019. The design is ranging from very compact buildings with efficient floor plans to larger developments. Generally, each villa is containing an apartment for permanent residents and a self-contained holiday flat.
