The apartment on the 7th floor of Karl-Marx-Allee is located in a listed building designed by the architect Kurt Leucht as part of the ensemble of ‘Stalinallee’ in East Berlin.
The floor plan is characterized by a central hall through which the apartment is entered. The refurbishment keeps the old layout but adds new colours, materials and built-in furniture that suit the time the building was erected.
